During the Goulburn Options Sport and Gym Program, participants are supported to access and engage with the community whilst developing skills to independently maintain their health and wellbeing. GO Sport and Gym takes place both at GO and at local Seymour Gyms. Participants in this program use a wide range of gym equipment, and try out many different sports, all with the goal of making fitness fun and accessible for all.
