2. VALID Resources
VALID stands for Victorian Advocacy League for Individuals with Disability. This organisation can support you to access an advocate, help you make your own choices and decisions, and learn more about your rights.

3. NDIS Information
We know navigating the NDIS can be confusing. The following will take you to important NDIS information that will assist you in your journey.

4. NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission
The NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission regulates and monitors NDIS providers, services and supports to make sure services are safe, using the NDIS Practice Standards and Quality Indicators. If you are unhappy with the way Goulburn Options has handled a complaint, or would like to take a complaint further, you can submit a complaint to the Commission via their online form.

5. Commission for Children and Young People
The Commission for Children and Young People (CCYP) provides independent scrutiny and oversight of services for children and young people, using the Child Safe Standards. The CCYP's Reportable Conduct Scheme receives reports of harm, abuse and neglect of children.

Goulburn Options actively employs the use of infection control procedures throughout all services and supports, and continues to monitor for potential outbreaks, including COVID19.
