Chief Executive Officer
Debbie Mitchell
Debbie has worked in the disability sector for over 35 years, and during that time has had the opportunity to complete a Master of Education, majoring in policy and research in disability service provision.
As a graduate of The Australian Company Directors, Debbie's executive roles have spanned disability, children and aged care services in the not-for-profit and community health space.
"Commencing with GO in September 2024, I have been delighted to be a part of such a committed group of leaders, dedicated support staff and volunteers in a community that truly values individuals with disabilities.
My aim is to ensure that GO continues to be the premier disability service in the Goulburn Valley region."
Business Manager
Rebecca Staring
Rebecca has over 24 years of experience in the disability services sector, with all those years served at Goulburn Options. Throughout her time with the organisation, she has remained committed to ensuring our operations run smoothly and sustainably. Her deep understanding of the organisation and the sector has assisted to shape a strong foundation for organisational growth, efficiency, and long-term, high-quality service delivery to our participants.

My role goes beyond business operations - I am driven by a genuine dedication to making a lasting impact in the lives of our participants and their families.

Services Manager
Kacie Graham
With 25 years of experience in the not-for-profit disability sector, Kacie began her career as a Disability Support Worker and has since held a variety of leadership roles, including acting CEO. Her unwavering passion for delivering high-quality services has guided every step of her journey.
Kacie holds an Advanced Diploma in Disability Services, has completed the Certified Managers Program with the CEO Institute, and the Adaptive Leadership Program with Juno. Combined with her lived experience, these achievements reflect her commitment to continuous learning and ensuring positive outcomes for participants, staff, and the services she leads.
"When I joined GO in 2025, I was thrilled to learn about our framework, The Biggest Life Possible. It truly aligns with my values and vision for service delivery. My passion for disability services and the community sector remains as strong as it was on my very first day in my dream job—I still bounce out of bed each morning, ready to spread my sparkle!
I am excited to be part of the GO journey and to embed The Biggest Life Possible into our everyday outcomes."
Quality and Communications Manager
Grace Coppinger
Grace began at Goulburn Options in 2022 as an Administration Trainee. Since that time she has held the positions of Outcomes Assistant, Executive Assistant, Outcomes Team Leader and now Quality and Communications Manager. Grace has received a Bachelor of Arts, Certificate IV in Disability Support and is currently undertaking a Double Diploma in Business Management (Operations) and Leadership. Grace has a strong passion for quality in the provision of disability support with a focus on best practice and compliance.
