Chief Executive Officer
Debbie Mitchell
Debbie has worked in the disability sector for over 35 years, and during that time has had the opportunity to complete a Master of Education, majoring in policy and research in disability service provision.

As a graduate of The Australian Company Directors, Debbie's executive roles have spanned disability, children and aged care services in the not-for-profit and community health space.
​
"Commencing with GO in September 2024, I have been delighted to be a part of such a committed group of leaders, dedicated support staff and volunteers in a community that truly values individuals with disabilities.

My aim is to ensure that GO continues to be the premier disability service in the Goulburn Valley region."

General Manager
Megan Montgomery
Megan began her journey with Goulburn Options in 2005, when she started as an Administration Trainee Assistant. During that time, she had the opportunity to connect with participants, and it was through those early experiences that she discovered her passion for supporting people with disability - a passion that continues to guide her career. Megan has worked in direct care across all GO services and a variety of roles within the organisation. Along the way, she has completed studies in Business Administration, and an Advanced Diploma of Disability Management.
Megan has a strong interest in Behaviour Support and how we can provide meaningful, person-centered support. She also values the importance of building strong community connections, whilst ensuring participants are included and involved in ways that matter to them.

Rebecca Staring
Rebecca has over 24 years of experience in the disability services sector, with all those years served at Goulburn Options. Throughout her time with the organisation, she has remained committed to ensuring our operations run smoothly and sustainably. Her deep understanding of the organisation and the sector has assisted to shape a strong foundation for organisational growth, efficiency, and long-term, high-quality service delivery to our participants.
"I am passionate about supporting our team and participants in every way possible, with a clear focus on assisting GO participants to live their Biggest Life Possible. My role goes beyond business operations - I am driven by a genuine dedication to making a lasting impact in the lives of our participants and their families.
