In the Goulburn Options Out & About Program, participants do just that -- get out and about in the local community and surrounds! Whilst promoting health, wellbeing and exercise, participants in this program access the community and complete a range of outdoor activities.

 

The Out & About Group can regularly be seen making the most of the outdoor spaces Seymour has to offer. From Goulburn, Kings and Lions Parks, to walking around town and up to the Seymour Sports and Aquatic Centre, this group definitely makes the most of their time!
