Goulburn Options has been providing Support Coordination to NDIS participants since the early stages of the NDIS rollout in the Goulburn region, back in 2018. We currently provide Support Coordination to participants across the Mitchell, Murrindindi, Strathbogie and Greater Shepparton regions.

What is Support Coordination?

Support Coordination is capacity building assistance to implement all supports in a participant's NDIS plan - this includes informal, mainstream, community, and funded supports. We work with participants and their families or carers to ensure that they are living their 'biggest life possible!'
