Goulburn Options is an NDIS registered provider of disability supports. Supports can be defined as group supports (traditional Day Programs) and non-group supports (Flexible Supports). Goulburn Options provides a wide range of Flexible Supports, tailor made to meet the needs of each individual.
Flexible Supports are provided in-home, in the community, or in Goulburn Options facilities, and respond to a variety of needs to do with health and well-being. Health and well-being are much more than the absence of disease or illness. They are also a complex combination of biological, psychological, emotional, social, physical and mental health factors.
Flexible Supports are designed to help people with a disability to live independently in their own homes, by developing and maintaining the skills they need to carry out everyday activities and maximize their participation in the community.
Flexible Supports Include:
Independent living supports, in home, for people whose goal is to develop and maintain independent living skills, including personal care, the monitoring and maintenance of physical health, housekeeping and domestic assistance;
Community access supports for people who would like to build skills to access the community, including mobility and transportation; and
we can also individualise supports to accommodate various personal needs such as medical appointments, short-term accommodation, trips, respite stays and holidays.
